The Alpilles

Description of the trip :

The visit starts with Saint Rémy de Provence, a charming village, famous for its landscapes painted by Van Gogh and the archaelogical site of Glanum and its antique monuments.
Then we’ll drive all around the Alpilles. We’ll cross Fontvieille, a small village in Provence, where Alphonse Daudet used to live in his famous wind-mill.
After we’ll visit the village of Maussane des Alpilles, the olive oil mill of the Mas des Barres.
Let’s end the visit with the citadel of the Baux de Provence and its medieval castle, its cobblestone streets and, of course, its overwhelming sight.

A extra fare will be charged if you start from 30 kms or more from Saint Remy de Provence.
